Urban Stays began its journey in 2012 as a consulting organisation in the tourism and hospitality sector. Our expertise spans hotel operations, catering, and tourism management. Our two directors bring decades of industry knowledge across hospitality, construction, business management, and social media. Their leadership has shaped Urban Stays into a trusted name in student accommodation and 3, 4, and 5-star hotel management.

In 2015, we expanded our services by acquiring our first accommodation property in Dickson, ACT. Since then, we have grown into specialists in 3-4 star and budget accommodation, consistently delivering strong operating profits and cost-effective refurbishments.
